Image and Identity
 Image refers to how the community is viewed by non-residents and identity refers to how residents feel about their own neighborhood:
- RACU and GACCA has held two major events in the Gallatin Avenue neighborhood including a spring car show and "Cars, Crafts and Kids", a late summer festival featuring, classic cars, food, music, bingo, children's games, and craft booths.
- RACU and GACCA recently published and distributed "The Gallatin Gazette" a newsletter with community news and a feature story about a neighborhood landmark.
- RACU has been working with Penn State student Daniel Chandler to develop this web site.
