Classic car owners, car lovers and fun seekers had a great day at the Gallatin Avenue Concerned Citizens Association’s (GACCA) Third Annual Car Show.  The event, held Saturday, June 19, 2010, from Noon to 4 PM at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, on featured 46 cars, food from the “church ladies”, music from DJ Arnie Amber and His Dusty Platters.

“Finally, no rain!” exclaimed GACCA President Chris Jones. The event was previously scheduled for May 22, 2010, but was postponed until June 19th because of the weather.

For the $5 registration fee, car owners each received a T-shirt designed by Jim Beck, a member of GACCA’s Image and Identity Committee, and a chance to win a door prize.  A Chinese Auction and 50/50 drawing were also held.
